Simple terms for the Little Talks website and testing programme.
These terms cover the Little Talks website and the current Android testing programme while the apps are being prepared for release.
2. Testing access
Tester access may be limited to selected Google accounts or testing groups. Access can be changed or withdrawn while the test is running.
3. Feedback
Testers are encouraged to report bugs, confusing behaviour and suggestions. Feedback may be used to improve the apps and website.
4. Not medical advice
Little Talks is a communication tool. Communication Insights is observational and is not a clinical assessment, diagnosis or substitute for professional medical, speech and language, educational or therapeutic advice.
5. Local data
The apps are designed around local communication and local backup. Testers remain responsible for the devices they use, device access and any personal information they choose to add to the apps.
6. Website information
We aim to keep the website accurate, but pre-release features may change faster than the website while testing is active. If a feature description and the current test build differ, the behaviour of the current build takes priority.
7. Updates to these terms
These working terms will be replaced or updated before commercial/public release to include the final business details, licence/subscription terms and any other legal information required for the released apps.
